Can you hide wires inside the wall?
We offer clean surface raceways and can discuss concealed options depending on wall type and building rules. We confirm feasibility and safety first.
Will you sign in to my streaming accounts?
We can assist while you enter your credentials. For security, we recommend customers type passwords themselves and enable two-factor authentication where available.
My TV buffers—can you guarantee it won’t?
We can improve setup by checking Wi-Fi signal, placement, and device settings. But buffering can also be caused by ISP outages, plan speed limits, or app/service issues outside our control.
How long does a typical job take?
Most single-TV mounts take about 45–90 minutes. Mount + setup combos can take 90–150 minutes depending on wall type, cable routing, and number of devices.
Do you do “free channels” or jailbreaking?
No. We do not jailbreak devices, bypass paywalls, or provide access to paid content. We only help with legal, customer-owned subscriptions and devices.

2) No sale of subscriptions or access to content
We do not sell streaming subscriptions or provide access to paid content. Customers use their own accounts and lawful subscriptions. We do not jailbreak devices, bypass paywalls, or perform illegal/unapproved modifications.
3) Estimates & pricing
- Starting prices are estimates and depend on TV size, wall type, mount type, and cable routing.
- Any add-ons or materials are confirmed with you before proceeding.
4) Cancellations & rescheduling
- You may reschedule with reasonable notice (edit your exact notice window).
- Same-day cancellations may incur a trip/slot fee (edit your policy).
5) Refund policy
- If service has not started, any deposit may be refundable minus processing/slot fees (if applicable).
- If partially completed, refunds (if any) are pro-rated based on work done and materials used.
- No refunds for third-party app outages, ISP issues, or customer-provided hardware defects.
6) Workmanship warranty
We offer a workmanship warranty window (edit: 7/14/30 days). It covers workmanship-related issues reported within the window. It does not cover misuse, tampering, hidden wall conditions, power surges, water damage, or manufacturer defects.
